Jesse went to Dr., Kinard on Wednesday morning and she was seen by Dr. Newman on Thursday. Dr. Newman (Orthopedic Surgeon) called me and let me know that Jesse stood up for 20 seconds that it was great news. It seemed that the medications were working; however, Friday morning Jesse was only able to stand for 10 seconds. Dr. Newman and I had a long conversation and he thought that Jesse had a good chance of recuperating if she had surgery.  Dr. Kinard offered that we can pay him when we raise the money but Jesse needed to have surgery on Friday.
 
The surgery lasted 2 hours. She had 2 dislocated discs and tons of scar tissue due to several injuries that occured 3-4 months ago. Dr. Newman told me Jessee must had been in a lot of when those injuries happened.  Dr. Newman and Dr. Kinard have told me that she has been a wonderful patient. I went to see her on Friday and she gave me kisses on my nose!  She has a strong, loving spirit, and we are praying for a complete recovery!
